| Day 1 | Fly into New Orleans today then ride to Lafayette, center of Cajun country, to check into your next holiday hotel. |

| Day 2 | Tour Vermilionville, a theme village that recreates Acadian life from 1765 to 1890. You'll see artisans at work, and a farmhouse where costumed staff portray the French-Canadian emigrés who settled here. |

| Day 3 | Head out of town for a spicy tour of the world famous Tabasco plant. You'll also visit Avery Island and no doubt see a variety of birds and other critters. Later, head back to town to kick up your heals to authentic live cajun music and perhaps try some jambalaya for supper. |

| Day 4 | Morning shopping and relaxation, then take an afternoon ride on the Jean LeFitte Scenic Byway and marvel at the cane fields, bayous and open spaces of this amazing area. |

| Day 5 | Today into the bayou you go! Take a boat tour of the swamps. Here, you'll come up close to gators as they come by our boat in search of handouts. Count all your fingers as you head back to civilization- this one is sure to be a tour highlight! |

| Day 6 | Ride back to New Oleans and say good-bye to your new friends as you board your return flight home. You'll be full of cajun memories and a refreshed spirit. |
