| Day 1 | Depart your home town for the flight to San José. After your long flight settle into your hotel in San José. |

| Day 2 | Depart San José this morning for the town of Quepos, gateway to Manuel Antonio National Park. Watch for the delightful squirrel monkey, and perhaps take a swim in the Pacific Ocean at one of the fine beaches. Overnight in Quepos area. |

| Day 3 | Take a guided tour in Manuel Antonio National Park and watch sloths and parrots and monkeys up-close through the guide's telescope. Overnight in Quepos area. |

| Day 4 | Depart the coast this morning for the mountains. We'll drive to La Fortuna outside the popular Arenal Volcano National Park area for your overnight. |

| Day 5 | Start exploring Arenal Volcano National Park today. Although visible lava flows have not occurred since 2010, the volcano remains active! Wildlife you may see includes sloths, jaguars, tapirs, as well as many parrots and parakeets. |
|
| Day 6 | Hike some of the national park trails today at La Fortuna. |
|
| Day 7 | Drive back to San José for your last night in Costa Rica. |
|
| Day 8 | Already day eight and time to fly home with all your wildlife photos! |
